A Note from Cole-

Meet Kinley

This year, I’m super excited to introduce to you my 10-year-old cousin, Kinley. She is stepping into the swine ring for the second time at the Clallam County Fair—and she’s bringing along her two pigs, Knox and Bristle. Raising pigs has been an amazing adventure for Kinley, but one she’s taken on with care and dedication. From early morning feedings to keeping their pen clean and learning how to show them, Kinley has loved the process of watching her pigs grow strong and healthy. She says her favorite part is “seeing the difference every day” as she works hard to give them the best care she can. Knox and Bristle are more than just pigs—they represent Kinley’s commitment, responsibility, and her first step toward big dreams. The money Kinley earns from the auction will be saved for her future, showing that even at just 10 years old, she’s thinking ahead and building something meaningful. Please consider coming out to the PNWJLA to support Kinley and all the showmen like her. Your bid not only helps a young person learn and grow—it’s an investment in the future of agriculture and our local community
